Auditioning in SLC With Craze and Urban and Stars. What I experienced.

So far I have had three interviews with different agencies all in the Salt Lake area.  Each one of them has had different ideas on what type of modeling I should be doing.  My first interview was with Craze Talent Agency I was told I would be a great promo model and that I could do some life style modeling as well.  The agent was very nice she suggested I get new photos and if I used their photographer it would cost me around $400.  I believe this agency also offers free acting seminars but I am unsure.

 My second audition was with Urban Talent agency the agent here seemed nice as well this agency suggested I take classes from them that would cost $700 and then I would need new photos with their photographer that would be an additional $1000.

My third interview was with Stars agency I had fun at this audition because I did a cold read which I haven't done since college.  I studied theatre in school and have a degree in the arts so I was comfortable doing this even if I am a little rusty.  I really liked this agency its very small the talent agent suggested I take some acting classes through them which would be around $500.  I would also need a comp card so that is an added photo cost.

I am still unsure who I should sign with and I have a few more agencies I am waiting to hear back from so until then I am just sort of waiting.  I hope to have a decision made in the next month.   For more information about these agencies go to their websites.  It is very easy to apply to an agency all that is needed is a resume and some good head shots.  I would recommend waiting until you are signed to get any additional photos taken just because each agency has different recommendations on how to best market their talent and some agencies will only work with certain photographers.
