So as all of you know being a model requires a shapely body. That does not come without work. My personal goal for this week is to cleanse my system by drinking low calorie smoothies, 1 gallon of water daily as well as doing light workouts. I snack on healthy foods as well such as nuts which may be counter productive. But I basically become vegan for about a week. I have considered doing this for longer periods of time just to see if I get better results. I have never starved myself and I think that is a horrible Idea. I take my kids yes that's right I have kids. Three of them and I take them on walks everyday. I try to burn at least 200 calories a day. When I need to cut weight I set it higher to 300 a day and that is the very minimal I am allowed to burn.
Mondays:
Smoothie
1/2 cup romaine Lettuce / 10 calories
1 cup spinach / 07 calories
1/2 frozen cherries / 90 calories
1 ripe banana / 105 calories
Use water as needed to blend
212 calories
Drink 1 to 3 times depending on calorie needs
I also ate 1/2 cup of nuts for energy. 400 calories
I walked 3 miles today!!
Tuesday:

I also ate a salad with a light red wine vinaigrette dressing for dinner

Wednesday:
I gave myself a break so that I do not overload on carbs at the end of the week putting all my efforts to waste. My husband and I ate chicken chibata sandwiches with grilled chicken spinach and pineapple. these sandwiches have a homemade glaze that is very spicy.
Thursday:
My daughter who is five loves my smoothies she asks everyday if she can have a salad smoothie!!

I was running a little behind today so store bought had to work
I drank the green smoothie by Naked 140 calories per serving I drank 3 servings than gave a serving to my kids.

After doing a challenge like this I always feel like I have self control and the ability to change myself for the better. However there have been times that I have started a challenge like this and then upon the day 2 I find myself eating snacks and I get very discouraged. So if this is your first time don't get discouraged if you cheat a little bit just try to do better the next day or just find what works for you. The whole goal of this is to add needed vitamins minerals and hydration to your body.
