Cold reads For McCarty Talent Agency

So I went to McCarty Talent agency again today to audition to be a talent I did a cold read and afterwords I was told that the agency would get back to me if they were interested in doing a call back with me.  A callback is when an agency or a director filters out talent that they are not interested in and then reviews the talent they are impressed with.  I didn't wow the agent by any means so I am unsure if he will be calling me in the near future.  However, I do believe this is a good agency to be represented by. This is the first agency that has not tried to get me to pay for pictures or classes.  In fact this agent even complimented me on my photos.  If you are trying to become a talent somewhere the best thing to do is enroll in an acting class this is something I need to do to get some of my skills back up to par.  I would steer clear of classes offered by talent agencies unless they are free or very minimal cost.
